HANDLING CLASSES – 2024

Classes are resuming – held at Maplegrove United Church (2197 Maplegrove Road, Bowmanville) – entrance through the side door off the parking lot.
Dates: September 25th, October 2nd, October 9th, October 16th, October 23rd, and October 30th.

There are two classes running 7:00- 8:00p.m for table dogs. 8:15-9:15p.m for dogs examined on the floor and ramp.
A good number of our students are drop-ins. To maintain reasonable class sizes, I would like to request that if you are planning to attend, if you could check in/email at thee address below to make sure there is space available.

You are permitted to bring more than one dog, with the understanding that the class spot is per handler. You may rotate your dogs through the position you hold in the class line up.

Class sizes will be limited to a maximum of 6 students to maintain the quality of instruction and limit the exposure to canine viruses. If your dogs(s) show any signs of sickness, runny nose, sneezing OR coughing please keep them at home.

All participants MUST register via e-mail with the instructor prior to attendance as class sizes are limited!
Table dogs class runs from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm and the floor/ramp dog class runs from 8:15 pm to 9:15 pm.
